The Jessica is a two bedroom ranch style cottage that features a huge covered front porch, plus a more secluded covered porch in the back with access from the master bedroom. The interior boasts a combination kitchen, dining, and living space with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, laundry room and tons of storage space. The exterior facade can be customized for your decorating taste and styles. The Jessica is usually built on a slab-on-grade foundation, but may be elevated for better views with crawl space storage or a full basement.

The kitchen is appointed with custom cabinets and when combined with the pantry offer ample storage. Lots of counter space and a center island means plenty of space for cooking and food prep.

The master bedroom is spacious with large windows for natural lighting, access to the rear porch and a private ensuite with his & hers lavatories, a daylight shower enclosure, enclosed w/c and a large walk-in closet.
