The Virginia is a family home including 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a bonus study.  The Virginia provides a segregated second floor master suite which includes a private ensuite and large walk-in closet. The master suite can be customized with optional roof dormers to provide additional natural light and increased ceiling height.

The main level layout provides a central gathering area with combination kitchen, dining room, and living room. The kitchen boasts plenty of cabinet space with a separate mudroom with built-in shoe cabinet and access to the back porch.

The main level bathroom and separate laundry is centrally located for easy access.  A separate study provides a space for work, reading, or just some private time, and an additional bedroom with private porch access and a generous closet finish off the main level.

The exterior features a large covered front porch to greet visitors and showcase potted plants, a second covered porch at the rear means plenty of usable outdoor space also protected from the direct sun and rains.  The Virginia exterior is customizable and compatible with all popular exterior decorations and finishes.
